Lovely welcome from all the team - in particular Katie in the restaurant. The location was excellent and very easy to find with on hand information from reception staff of best transport links to Cardiff City centre. The last time we stayed here was in 2002. The hotel has changed a great deal but still with the same attention to detail, but it is the members of the team whom make this hotel what it is. We will definitely be making a return visit.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Huge car park. Liked the cinema seating in the bar area in front of the huge TV screen. Loved the wallpaper in the lift re etiquette! Husband enjoyed the breakfast. Unfortunately I woke up with migraine so didn't make breakfast. Loved the chocolate Welsh spoons.

The check in staff were excellent special mention to donna telling us about the facilities and location of amenities as we were new to the area she gave us so much info , the breakfast choice was good and plenty of choice as was the food for evening meal with typical hotel prices.

Staff were incredibly friendly and could not do any more for us, I was so impressed with their effort and they were so so helpful. Ideal location just outside Cardiff so was very chilled and quiet. Excellent bar and food facilities. Was generally very happy with the stay.

The staff were excellent in fact amazing, a lovely Scottish lady greeted us I feel awful I didn’t ask her name, she helped us myself and my partner during our stay above and beyond what was required of her. Not only for that reason but I would definitely stay again
